Question by heatherette: What are the rewards of investing in stocks?
I am very interested in investing, but I actually don?t know how or what the rewards. How does it function in simple terms? I guess I want to read ?Investing for Dummies? or a thing. Generally, if I place $ 20 towards a stock, if the business is still around in 10 years will I make a bunch of money? Or if I invest in some thing like Hannah Montana, will I not get something in ten years since she will not be popular?

capital gains and dividends if you do your homework there are decent returns to be created obviously there is threat you could loose it all
