That's just what Sienna Miller did when she stepped out in New York City Tuesday night to attend the Fashion Week-themed soiree The Ever Changing Face of Beauty.

Miller stunned onlookers in a floor-grazing black gown that hugged and flattered her growing figure. Two peekaboo slits flashed some leg, and she kept the look simple and minimalist with a clean upswept 'do, a compact gold clutch and understated gold accessories.
The one glaring accessory that seemed to be missing? The supposed engagement ring that she was photographed wearing last week.
